1. Papers submitted to the conference should be in English (including references and notes and legends).

2. Submitted papers should be original and within the scope of the conference.

3. Each paper should be at least 5 pages in length, including all figures, tables, and references.

4. Authors will be charged extra 400 RMB per xtra page (65 USD per extra page) if the manuscript length is more than 7 pages (begin at page 7).
